Radiologist 's  Response
Hi
I have gone through your X ray report.
No active pulmonary infilterates-means in response to infection , accumulation of fluid and cells in lung causes this.
Heart is normal.
Tenting deformities in left diaphram- its usally a sequalae of any infective fluid collection.infective fluid in pleural space means between lung and diaphram as it resorps some adhestions might have developed means its like a scar.because of this diaphram wil be pulled causing tenting tenting deformities.dont worry as of now no active disease is there.everything is normal.
Thank you
Regards
Vasundhara
