What Does My Transvaginal Sonography Test Report Indicate?

Transvaginal sonography findingsas below: 1.Multiparaous, anteverted uterus with small subserous myoma 2.Endometrium is 4-9mm and nonspecific, irregular in pattern, blood clots. No trophoblast seen 3.left and right ovary normal. 4.significant utero pelvic adhessions elicited. 5. Mildly prominent bowel loops seen in pelvic area. Rest pelvic scan normal. What does thees findings mean?

Hello,

The findings of transvaginal ultrasound indicates benign growth in terms of subserous myoma of uterus. Which can give varying symptoms of menstrual disturbances or pain and depending upon the size and symptoms, one can guide for therapy of hormones or surgery. The utero pelvic adhesions can be from previous surgery, recurrent bacterial or fungal infections and has to be evaluated with co relation of associated underlying symptoms of concern.
