What Does My TVS Scan Test Report Indicate?

The uterus is anteverted and normal in size with homogenous parenchyma, No gestational sac or focal lesion seen. The endometrium is thin and intact. The cervix is closed with intact canal. Both ovaries are normal in size with small follicles within. Cul de sac is negative for free fluid. This is my girlfriends Transiviganal sonography ultasound report. what does these mean?
