Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You haven't mentioned what is the sperm count? All your findings are normal but occasional motile Sperms. Normal Sperm motility should be more than 50%. You should be getting yourself examined by a Urologist to rule out the exact cause, It could be due to nutritional deficiency. It could be due to elevated levels of zinc, which may help a low sperm count, can also cause low sperm motility. Even Alcohol can cause it. If you smoke and drink, QUIT. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid stress. If cause is not known, your Doctor may prescribe you Medications.

Wish you Good Health and Good Luck.
