What Does My MRI Suggest?

my age is 34 years. weight 85kgs. height 59. Had neck pain and did MRI and it says: Bilateral centrally confluent paracentral disc protrusions at C5-C6 with       associated lateral recess narrowing/mild central canal stenosis. Can you explain what this means.
