by an MRI scan i have been diagnosed with Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L4-L-5 causing central canal and neuroforminal stenosis with L5 compressive radiculopathy. My L5-S1 have been reported as --bulging disc. I am male, 64 years 70 kg 5 -9 and regular practitioner of Yoga and light to moderate weight training. can i continue with my weight training exercises, yoga, swimming and brisk walking?
