What Does My MRI Scan Test Report Indicate?

I had got this MRI scan done for my Mom. her age is 63 and in the reports rest all appeared normal except for the point few chronic ischemic foci are seen in frontoparietal white matter without restriction on DWI . she has this reeling and dizziness while lying down or getting up from lying position. please let me know how to deal with this

I really appreciate your concern, even though there is some ischemic area being detected but it could be due to some long standing hypertension, or it could be due to age too, and in absence of symptoms it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
