General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
The report suggests a cervical herniation at the c4-c5 level. What it means is the patient's spine at the level of your neck has one of its shock absorbing cushions(Discs) out of place and this is compressing the nerves that emerge from the back of the spine and hence causes a wide range of symptoms like tingling, numbness, pain that is shooting or dull achy. Sometimes dizziness or vertigo may also occur.

The tratment for this is physiotherapy, corticosteroid injections and as a final call surgery.

Hope this helps,
Please get back to me with any further queries. I would be glad to help you,
