What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

An MRI indicated microvascular ischemic change and multiple scattered punctuate and patchy foci of high T2 signal intensity in the deep and subcortical white matter. Can you explain. I forget what the doctor said about this in December when this was done.

The MRI report shows that there is multiple very small areas in brain that are not supplied with blood. These areas usually happens after strokes.
