General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your MRI shows brain lesions with frontal lobe atrophy, it indicates that frontal portion of the brain has begun to shrink due to the damage or death of the nerve cells in the the said portion of the brain. You are suggested to get connected to a GP / Neurologist as you will need symptomatic treatment to be done. Such lesions commonly cause behavioral changes, language deficits, reduced motor & spacial reasoning, declining intelligence. It may cause cognitive & neurological problems. You may need antidepressants, SSRI's, etc to stay comfortable. Take medicines under your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
