What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

I have done an MRI. Report says Lumbar Vertebrae shows an early degenerative changes in form of small osteophytes. Early lumbar spondylosis with diffuse annular bulge L3/4 and L4/5. Disc leading to Thecal SAC Indentation with Mild B/L Neural Formania encroachment at these levels.

hi, your MRI report means that you have minor two disc problems as it is slightly press on the nerves, but till now its effect isn't so much, but you have to consult your physician to give you some muscle relaxant medications, anti-inflammatory drugs, and before all of that you have to change your life stile (as not to carry heavy things, not to stay on a chair infront the computer for long time,.......) to prevent any progression in your problem and keep it in early stage, hoping to be well soon, thanks, Dr.Ayman
