Ligamentum flavum thickning present at l4-l5
Pll thickened opposite l3-l4
Straightening of lumbar curvature seen with multilevel small anterior marginal osteophytes
Grade 1 anterolisthesis of l3 over l4 is present
Disc desiccation changes seen in lumbar spine at l3-l4 l4-l5&l5-s1 levels
Diffuse postero and paracentral disc bulges are seen at l3-l4, l4-l5
Axial imaging feveals diffuse posterocentral as well as paracentral disc bulges causing ventral thecal sac compression with canal stenosis and encroachment of the neural recesses with neural foremen narrowing and compression of thetraversing nerve roots.
The effective I/v discs show decrease in height and altered signal
Plz suggest how serious is the matter?

That's is the narrowing of space in respected spaces as you mentioned that causes compression of nerves and patients after that experience pain in the lower limb and backache and bulging of disc is protection of intervertivral disc that due to some disease or overweight or weight lifting leaves it's normal place and cause compression of nerves and third osteophytes are the abnormal erosion formed in spaces
