What Does My MRI Report Indicate?

My mri impression says this, can you explain to me?Some prominence of the subarachnoid space over both convectors could be developmental or related to cortical gyro. Solitary right frontal white matter T2 hyperintense foci probably small foci of gliosis.

1.These findings can be normal for a age related patients - any where over 60 years.
2.Features like loss of volume, small vessels ischemic changes and biotic areas are seen in elderly patients.
3.If in younger age group - it can be systemic disease with grey white matter abnormalities.
4.For which further investigations to identify the systemic causes.
5.Underlying systemic causes like diabetic and hypertensive parameters should be maintained to normal limits.
