The description mentioned by you speaks about a tumor in the hip region which is eating away the adjacent hip bone on right side. It is most likely a cancerous growth which is proliferating in the area. Such a tumor needs to be confirmed pathologically by doing FNAC or guided biopsy. The histopathology will tell about the cell content and type of tumor. Treatment needs to be discussed only after biopsy confirms a cancer. Rarely a non cancerous lesion also presents in such a way and pathological diagnosis is most important.
