What Does My HSG Report Indicate?

this is my question
my HSG report came back saying: the endometrium is normal in outline. the right fallopium is not visualised from the level of the isthmus. the proximal 1/3 of the left fallopian tube opacified with mild dilatation. no spillage into the peritoneal cavity noted. the cervix is competent.
THAT IS THE FINDINGS.
THIS IS THE IMPRESSION: blocked bilateral fallopian tubes with small left hydrosalpinx.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest the endometrium is normal with no filling defects.
2.There is no spillage means - the tubes are blocked and contrast injected could not be go through the tubes and spill in the peritoneal cavity.
3.There is a dilatation noted in the left fallopian tube before the block causing hydrosalpinx.
4.In this case it is difficult to conceive as the egg cells and sperms moment through the tube is not possible.
5.In this case you need to get the tube dilated thorough the procedure, and other possibilities with IVF facilities.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
