Hai.. Sir my name is Appaji i sex with women last 3months back dates is feb13 iwas protected to condom after ejection take it out condom was dropped so I was tested after one month pcr DNA test it was negative and after 3 months iwas tested eclia HIV combi test it was range having 0.59 what happing to mine please tell me my health....?

Your reports are fine as far as HIV is concerned. Both PCR and Elisa are negative for the HIV. you should also screen yourself for Hepatitis B and hepatitis C well.
