Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Sinus rhythm is normal rhythm

Left Atrial (LA) abnormality – there are 4 chambers in the heart – upper and lower (atrium) / right and left (ventricle). LA abnormality means a change in the P wave – it may wider, double peaks and so on. It may mean defect in nerve conduction or enlargement of that chamber. Generally it is secondary to Left Ventricle (LV) changes.

Antero-Septal Infarct means a heart attack involving the muscle in the front of the heart.
It is pattern recognition – it can be from other reasons like heart muscle disease (Cardio Myopathy)

Age indeterminate means the timing of the changes can not be predicted – it may be old or recent.

This is computer interpretation.
It must be checked by the doctor.
You should see your doctor early – have a physical examination / repeat ECG / Lab test – cardiac markers / ECHOcardiogram.

After all, it is the patient we treat – not the ECG!

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
