i have through ct scan pns nasal septum is in midline. bilateral superior and inferior nasal turbintates are normal bilateral ostromaetal complex bolcked soft tissue density lesion noted in sphenoid, riht maxillary and bilateral ethmoid sinuses other para nasal sinuses are clear bony margins intact

As you explain the situation to detect better what exactly is that mass probably an MRI of the head is needed.You can talk with your doctor for this
