Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Can you mention your symptoms and why the scanning was ordered?

The report says there is hardening (fibrosis) of lower part of left lung, thickening of part of pleura (the covering layer of lungs) on both sides, and few enlarged lymph nodes in chest.

The clinical significance of this findings depends on your symptoms and any findings on examination. This can happen in conditions like tuberculosis. Kindly discuss with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
