My ct scan of chest showing below impression can you please explain what is the reason and sickness and its minor or serious please see below points. 1) fibronodular changes are seen in the superior segment of the left lower lobe. 2) small to prominent mediastinal and left hilar nodes are seen. 3) mild irregular apical pleural thickening on either side is seen. Please explain I am worry about it

The report says there is hardening (fibrosis) of lower part of left lung, thickening of part of pleura (the covering layer of lungs) on both sides, and few enlarged lymph nodes in chest.
The clinical significance of this findings depends on your symptoms and any findings on examination. This can happen in conditions like tuberculosis. Kindly discuss with your doctor.
