What Does My CT Scan Result Indicate?

Following an inguinal hernia operation, I have chronic disabling pain in the right groin area for seven months now. A recent CT scan noted inflammatory stranding along right inguinal canal without bowel or fat herniation. Does that mean that I have inflammatory neuropathy?
