Hello and welcome to HCM,
The CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis is showing air-fluid levels in small intestine which is slightly dilated.
Dilated loops with air-fluid levels is suggestive of ileus which is painful obstruction of ileum or some other part of small intestine.
The other possibility is that of enteritis or inflammation of the small intestine.
These findings need to be clinically correlated but it is obvious that there is some abnormality in the small intestine.
There is evidence of cholecystectomy (removal of gall bladder) and hysterectomy (removal of uterus) in past.
The left ovary is non-visualized which may be due to obscuring loops of intestine and right ovary shows follicles.

air fluid levels are usually suggestive of an ileus (decrease in motility of bowels) or signs of beginning obstruction, especially if you had previous abdominal surgeries. dilatation may be secondary to an inflammation secondary to an inflammatory process (such as enteritis). other differentials causing obstruction, such as tumor lesions, must also be ruled-out. are there any other associated signs and symptoms, such as nausea vomiting, changes in bowel or bladder habits? it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics and management (initially bowel rest, antibiotics and/or surgery if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.
