What Does My 24 Weeks Pregnancy Scan Mean?

hi i am 24 weeks pregnant scan show that i have placenta is fundal posterior grade 1 maturity with no peripheral calcifications . low lied reaching margin of the internal os .(p.p. marginalis post ). retro placental space is free with no separations or focal lesions what is that means and is it safe please help me ?

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have low lying placenta.
In majority of the cases,it migrate away from the internal os with advancement of pregnancy.There is nothing to worry.
You should have follow up scan to detect the progress.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take proper rest.
Rest of the findings are normal.
