Urologist 's  Response
Hello Sanjib and welcome to HCM.
As a specilaist, i must advise you to consult a Gastro-enterologist.
Then get certain tests done urgently, such as :
1. Blood routine, sugar,LFT, creatinine, s.proteins and A/G ratio.
2. Then CECT/MRI scan of abdomen is indicated. Then chest-ray if advised.
3. According to the reports, the gastro-enterologist will advise you, regarding further treatment.
Don't worry without an expert opinion of the gastro-enterologist.
You may contact me for an expert opinion, with reports, as a direct question.
