What Does Mucous In Stool And Stomach Distention Indicate?

i have ibs and i have trouble going to the bathroom lately when i have a bowel movement most of it looks like there is white mucouse or white skin tissue attached to it. I do have kidney stones, my stomach is distented and have been retaining water. What could it be?

Intestinal bowel syndrome (IBS) is the functional kind of disease, it may not cause what the symptoms being given here but more or less it seems to be the urinary tract infection and it needs to be ruled out. You have not given the age and gender here else something more precise could be thought.
