General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient! your wife might be suffering from sinusitis ..which is a not a serious problem if treated in time ..there are certain requirements to establish the diagnosis ...sinusitis is one of the differential .which means there could be other possibilities as well ..what investigations have you done ?
is there any tenderness in the forhead region ? does it has any relation with position ? is there any lacrimation ? nasal blockade(congestion )?
