What Does Motion Test Showing Ova As Nil And E H Positive During Pregnancy Mean?

Hi Doctor, I am 2 months pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I got loose motion for past 10 days and when consulted doctor she asked me to take routine motion test. In the result I got ova as nil and cyst as E.H +. What it means? Will this cause any problem to my baby?
