What Does Moderate Perilateral Ventricular Gliosis On An MRI Report Indicate?

My son is 2 1/2. Current diagnosis includes central sleep apnea and asthma. He is on oxygen at night due to desats. He had an MRI showing moderate perilateral ventricular and cerebral junction gliosis. We don t see a neurologist until the end of August. He has no speech and has been seen by pulmonology for two years due to the apnea and desats. Can you help me understand this translation of his MRI? Does it mean PVL? CP? No idea what to think or expect.
