What Does Moderate Growth Of E.coli Mean In The Following Semen Analysis Report?

my husband did semen analysis and got the result which states Counts-nil spermatozoa and nil fluid,culture-moderate growth of e.coli,pus cells 2-3,epith cell +,colour- greyish,consistency- watery.What does this mean because we are TTC got married October 2015. Thank you
