What Does Mild Valvular Stenosis Mean?

my daughter aged 15 + she is a congential heart patient but till now she is not taken any medicene to that problem. doctors checked her at sri satya sai institute of higher medical sciences, puttapathy nearly 3 1/2 years back given report as follows: DIAGNOSIS: CHD: MILD VAL PS, NSR, NO CHF ECHO:: SDS,MILD VAL PS GRD 19 MMHG, MILD PR, NO OTHER LESIONS, GOOD BV FUNCTION

I really appreciate your concern for your daughter, congenital heart disease if severe enough and causes some clinical symptoms then this would be taken for treatment either with medically or surgically, here in this case this is mild congenital heart disease and this can be repaired it self with time, still it is advisable to keep the condition under observation and continues follow up, hope this information helps, take care.
