Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dilated pevicalcyceal system refers to dilatation of the pelvis and calcyces of the kidneys.
The pelvis and calcyces are the part of collecting system of the kidney.
Dilatation of this part is usually seen in cases of hydronephrosis.
Hydronephrosis is dilatation of collecting system of kidney caused by obstruction further in the tract.
Since, there is no evidence of stone or any mass in the kidney, there is possibility of stone or mass further in the tract e.g. in the ureter, bladder or urethra.
You need to consult your nephrologist for assessment of ureter, bladder and urethra.
Thanks and take care
