Hi doctors...i have got my recent usg whole abdomen done...nd it says liver slightly enlarged(18.5cms)....and the impression is...mild hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration....but doctor said its normal....but am still worried....can you please...help me...with some suggestions on what I should do next.....

This normally shows Fatty liver disease in you. fatty liver disease is mainly caused due to chronic alcoholism. If you consume alcohol, then this should be the cause of this problem & alcohol consumption should be stopped. Other less common causes of fatty liver include diabetes, high cholesterol in blood & Obesity.
