What Does Lower Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

my lipase is slightly high had ct dont no results yet. I have pain in my on my right side down by my overy would be and i have fluttering in lower abomen i been have loose stool for about 2 weeks now with lots of gas and stomach growling.my pain comes and goes.what could be wrong

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have gastroenterologist review and work up for malabsorption syndrome or inflammatory bowel. Meanwhile drugs for smooth gastric Motility like Domperidone or Itapride before meals can be used. Antacids like Omeprazole before meals can also help.
