Hello,
Ovum released from the ovary comes towards the uterus through Fallopian tubes to meet sperm and fertilisation occurs during its movement towards uterus.
You had right fallopian ectopic pregnancy and most likely that has caused defect in your right fallopian tube.
But according to your HSD report, the fallopian tube on left is patent.
The Grading done is category 2A, which indicates that the fallopian tube is patent but some disease process may be present which may be related with following description.
Characteristics of tube- patency with good spill, partly or fully preserved distal tubal folds, normal or slightly altered proximal, mid, distal tubal dimensions and appearance, fimbrial end clumping may or may not be present, peritubal disease may or may not be seen, normal or elevated tubal pressures.

Outcome - moderate prognosis and outcome for future fertility, highest group incidence of ectopic pregnancy on follow-up.

So there is further chance that you may get ectopic pregnancy again which makes it mandatory for you to undergo frequent USG scans under the guidance of a obstetrician.

As you mentioned you are diagnosed with PCOD, the disease in which hormonal levels are altered in females. Its not a thing to worry about now a days as good medicines are available on it. And you yourself got conceived perviously.
