Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your symptoms, this type of pain is mostly spasmodic. Take plenty of water and take adequate rest which may release the pain. I advise you to take tablet myospasm BD (twice daily) for 3 days. If symptoms persist try to consult a doctor for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini
