What Does Left Ventricular Hypertrophy And Hypertrophy Cardiomyopathy Indicate?

My daughter had Atrial Septal Defect at birth and open-heart surgery at 10 months. She is now 12 years old and has been seen at two psychiatric hospitals and due to the medications they were planning for her, needed to obtain an ECG. One ECG showed Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and the other Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Both psychiatrists said she needed to see her cardiologist as soon as possible. What are the chances the ECGs are wrong?

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or left ventricular hypertrophy any of them being suspected should get a cardiology opinion done as soon as possible for further confirmation with echo cardiography and if present to be treated accordingly.Chances of ECG being wrong are low because your daughter has a history of cardiac operation earlier also. So in my opinion cardiac problem should be your priority instead to psychiatric problem.
Hope my answer will help you
