Hi

Redness and itching along with a visible skin rash could be suggestive of allergic dermatitis .
Such askin allergy over the wrist could have developed as a result of contact to a wrist band, watch or a bracelet to which one is allergic .
Avoid wearing any such thing over wrist .
Apply a topical steroid cream .
You might need to take some oral antihistamine.
