What Does Itchy, Red Bumps With Puss On Torso, Arms And Legs With No Help From Psoriasis Treatment Suggest?

My 6 year old grandson has a itchy rash mostly on his torso but some on arms and legs. They are red bumps with puss in them. Been told two different things from allergy dr and primary dr. Said form of psoriasis. Put on antibiotics and cream but hasn't helped. Looks like chicken pox but has had it for several weeks. Please help.
