What Does Itchy Growing Bump On Chin Indicate?

Hi. For a month now, I've been having this weird bump on my chin. It was small at first and looked like a pimple then it grew bigger and bigger, but no pimple "head" was coming out. It doesn't hurt at all except if i put pressure on it with my nail. It itches too. It is the size of a dime now. I'm freaked out a little, because my family doctor gave me Biaxin, which is an anti-bacterial infections antibiotic, but I'm almost done the course and yet it doesn't get any smaller. Please help!
