What Does Itching In The Scrotum Indicate?

Hellooo,,,,,,sir I am 31yr having itching n burning at scrotum n area has got reddish,,pls suggest something ,,m either I use ring guard or itch guard ...al ready iam using 3full itch guard cream still i didnt relief want can i do sir please tell me sir i kindly request u sir please

Hello and thank you for using healthcaremagic.

From your description of the condition, you seem to be having some problem leading to itching as a main symptom. This might be due to a lot of reasons, but the most important and common ones are prickly heat(which can occur due to tight, slow drying clothes) or a fungal infection. Normally if a patient comes to me with similar problem, I would give the patient an oral antihistamine to help with the itching. Then I will check whether the itch is bacterial or fungal in origin.

As you haven't provided any other clues I will refrain from making a diagnosis.

At this point I will advice visiting a dermatologist. Till then wear loose clothes, keep the area dry.
