What Does It Mean If Urine Pus Cells Count Is More Than Before ?

Hi Dr., yesterday my urine pus cells count was2-4 and the RBC s 0-2 today pus cell is 5-7 and the RBC is 0-1 what could it be?

high fever with pus cell in urine suggestive of urinary tract infection...
you must be treated with antibiotics..
consult a physician...

u have infection in urine
pus cell show infection
take antibiotic course as advise by doctor
complete the course u will be ok
fever is due to that infection
