Welcome to H.C.M. Dear friend , immature cells like blast cells usually indicates towards blood abnormality like leukemia. I advised you to repeat peripheral smear and tell report next time with complete blood count in details including platelets count.Take it seriously and ask to your treating doctor for peripheral blood smear.
