Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your hemoglobin, total wbc count and differential count are almost normal. Your platelet count is at low normal range. Your esr is slightly high. You you may have mild infection. No need to big worry. Just take treatment according to your doctor's advice. You will be cured eithin 2-3 days.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
