welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes it needs attention, as you are young and in reproductive age group.
2.Its a lesion in the myometrium of the uterus mid posteriorly.
3.It will cause excessive bleed, missed abortions during pregnancies.
4.Hormonal treatment is given to treat, generally treated in small size like you are having.
5.Yes you need professional advise - see gynaecology doctor. and get treated as soon as possible,
6. After that get followup scans every 6 months for well being.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
