Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a hypo echo area adjacent to the bladder with communication to the bladder.
2. This can be features of the bladder out pouching or bladder extrusion.
3.This should be evaluated with the IVU - intravenous urogram. This will delineate the kidney and urinary bladder.
4.The out pouching will be well delineated well with any thickening can be seen.
5.An MRI also will be very helpful with full bladder to see the extensions.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
