What Does High Mean Platelet Volume In Urine Indicate?

my MPV in urine is 10.8 and i am having severe UTI from last 5 months. i have pain in urethra and urge of urination continues even after urination. i m taking cprofloxacin 500 mg bd and tazocin inj 4.5 grams from last 7 days. what does high MPV means in my case

* As per the standard international reference range the normal MPV in blood is 7.5 to 11.5 fL , so if value 10.8 is for blood means it is normal ; if it is for urine , it has to be evaluated with soft copy of the report as an attachment to study precisely and guide accordingly.
