Hi DocI did a routine Glucose ,Lipid & Liver function test.---------------GLUCOSFasting Glucose was 97 (REF-RANGE on report was 70-100)

hi thanks for your question. Increase in globulin alone is not a problem and generally albumin globulin ratio is affected in diseased conditions which is normal in your case. you have a slightly increased Low density lipoprotein levels and you have mentioned that you have zero physical activity. My advice is to have a physical activity of at least 150 mins/ week and have a high fibre diet which cuts off the risks of heart diseases and chronic non communicable diseases like hypertension and diabetes in your near feature. if you are having further doubts please consult a nearby physician who can clear your further doubts.
