What Does High MCV And MCH Mean?

I recently had blood work done my MCV and MCH are a little high (MCV 110 and MCH 37) these have always been high for over 5 years and my Dr is not concerned. Is there anything I can do however to lower these numbers. I eat well, exercise at least 4 days a week. My B12 and Folic level are fine as well as my Vit D?

Hello,
Wellcome to HCM
The mild elevation of MCV and MCH is not a thing to worry.
As you have told that you are fit and the elevated levels are from 5 years, it tells that its just a physiological variation.
It could have been significant when you would have felt tiredness or other symptoms.
I hope my answer helps.
