Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, there must be underlying cardiac issue which is not responding to pace maker.
* In our clinic, I recommend patient to undertake a 2D Echo examination of the heart for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
