What Does Heterogenous And Prominent Endometrium With Cystic Areas Mean?
Hi. I just received these findings form a trans-vaginal Ultrasound I had yesterday. Can you explain to me what they mean? Heterogeneous and prominent endometrium with cystic areas.An endometrial polyp or endometrial hyperplasia could have this appearance, and further evaluation with biopsy, direct visualization or sonohysterography is suggested.
