What Does Heaviness In Abdomen, Sensitive And Frequent Urination Mean?
I AM A 26 YEAR OLD FEMALE.SINCE THE LAST 2 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN GETTING A SENSATION IN MY VAGINA RIGHT AFTER I PASS URINE.IT DOES NOT BURN OR PAIN.THERE IS ALSO A FEELING OF HEAVINESS IN MY LOWER ABDOMINE AREA SOMETIMES.I FEEL LIKE PASSING URINE QUITE OFTEN IN A DAY AND ONCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

It doesn't seem to be urinary tract infection like condition.
But you can investigate further with urine routine microscopic examination and culture to give further comment.
Meanwhile, if you persistently feel heavy abdomen than investigate with pelvis ultrasonography for further work up.
